Parlour Group, the hospitality leaders behind Riley St Garage, Surly’s and The Village Inn, are set to open a stunning new dining destination in Rosebery’s The Cannery in October. Stanton & Co. will be captained by the group’s award-winning Executive Chef Regan Porteous and serve a modern Australian menu with Japanese influences, alongside a diverse drinks menu.
