ASHISH KARKI, FROM RILEY ST GARAGE

Ash’s experience in hospitality started as a Kitchenhand at Toko, (Japanese restaurant in Surry Hills) in 2007, where he worked up to a Sous Chef position in just 5 years. In 2015 this gun in the kitchen start working as a Junior Sous Chef at the iconic Flying Fish, Seafood Restaurant in Pyrmont, where he gained invaluable experience with seafood. In 2018 Ashish joined Parlour Group as a Sous Chef at Stanton and co. and became Head Chef at Riley Street Garage in 2019 where you can now find him working tirelessly in our open kitchen – come past and say hi!!
