Being a strong female Chef in a historically ‘man’s world’ is never an easy feat and our incredibly talented Head Chef Johana Pierre takes it in her stride, at her second home – The Village Inn, Paddington.

Born in France and raised in Tahiti with a French-Spanish heritage, Johana started her foray into the kitchen through a passion for pastries and sold macarons to save up and move to Australia in 2013.

Our dedicated Head Chef has been with Parlour Group since 2015 and thrives on creating new dishes and managing a tight knit team.  Favourite dish at The Village Inn..?  Garlic prawn pasta!!
