Where are you from
I grew up just outside Paris.

What’s your work background
Though I have a bachelor degree in Biotechnology, my first real job was on the first floor restaurant of the Eiffel Tower as a runner. Loved it and have been working hospo ever since!

How long have you been with Parlour Group
I have been with PG for 8 months now.

What’s a fun fact people might not know about you?
I hated school and ran away from kindergarten when I was 5 years old.
